Mahmut Etkin : He carried his passion for windsurfing, motocross, off-road and tracking to Alaçatı with him in 1998.With the arrival of Melih Tekin in town they have restarted operations of Agrilia Café which was originally founded by Leyla Figen who has since passed away.

Nilüfer Etkin Windsurfing, scuba-diving, snowboarding, and tennis have always been the indispensables of her life. The couple met at Agrilia in the summer of 2001 upon Nilüfer Onan's arrival to Alaçatıand have decided to get married shortly after that. First their dear dog Aspro joined the family. A year later their beloved son Can came along.

Nilüfer and Mahmut Etkin, both board members of the Alaçatı Tourism Association, have founded Sailors Meydan and Orta Kahve in 2002.

In 2006 they have added Alaçatı Sailors to their operations.The cobblestone streets, windmills, natives, and visitors of Alaçatı have become their life.
